Thinking of things that have passed,
thinking of things that gave yet to come,
thinking about why I'm invisible to him,
deep in thought he comes across,
as tears start fill my eyes,
I tip my head to stop them from flowing,
you are there to make me laugh and forget such things.
I scrunch my feelings in and try to avoid the bad things in life,
what it is that hurts so much,
that I can no longer converse with him?
happy as I may be with friends that make me laugh,
when alone I am an empty shell with nothing inside,
so come friends and enrich me in laughter and fun,
for if not, I fear I shall wither away into loneliness and nothing.
